Directions for use:
Use 2 servings of PhD Lean Degree ‘Maximum Strength’ daily (1 serving = 2 capsules). Use 1 serving upon waking and the second serving 30 minutes prior to exercise. Alternatively, use 1 serving in the morning and the second serving in the afternoon before 5pm. Due to the high caffeine content in Lean Degree® ‘Maximum Strength’, do not use after 5pm.
