DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
A serving is 30 g (1 heaped scoop). The package contains 68 servings. Mix 1 serving (30 g) with 180-240 ml of cold water and stir until the powder is completely dissolved. You can adjust the taste of the drink by using more or less water when preparing. Drink the drink after training or at any time during the day.
