Dorian Yates’ CLA is extracted from safflower plants and then encapsulated to provide 1000mg of the modified Omega-6 fatty acid CLA. From this 1000mg CLA you get an appropriately dosed 500mg of the c9,t11 isomer and 500mg of the c10,t12 isomer in every soft gel.
The so-called c9,t11 and c10,t12 isomers determine the make-up of CLA, as well as any effects the CLA provides, this is because CLA’s effects on the body are absolutely isomer specific.
