Citrulline Malate Recommended Use:
1 serving a day, about 30 minutes before training. Dissolve 1 portion (9 g of powder = 3 scoops) in 300 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
