RECOMMENDED USAGE
Mix 25 g (approximately 2 level 25 ml scoops) with 500 ml water until powder has fully dissolved. Consume during your workout.

Amino acids are the building blocks of protein, which help to promote the growth and maintenance of muscle. Essential amino acids are the amino acids that your body needs but cannot produce on its own.
